At present LAMRN is funded by DFID, through the THET MCP award scheme, to provide support and development to research midwives in Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Whilst participation in the current project is restricted to selected midwives from these countries, we wish to extend the option of sharing membership benefits to interested colleagues from other countries in Africa and the international midwifery community.
